The Academy Awards 2022

This week is our recap episode of this year’s Academy Awards. Right out of the gate we discuss the infamous moment that has already become Oscar history, and overly memed. After that quick discussion, we actually talk about the goods and bads of the night. Believe it or not, lots of other things did happen and we want to tell you the real reasons the oscars were bad, not just relive that slap over and over. Like seriously, who thought it was a good idea to create fan voted categories? It’s the Oscars, not the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.

Oscars...WTF?!

So many thoughts about the Academy Awards this year. Believe it or not there were plenty of things that we really liked about the unusual format, but somehow it still turned into one of the biggest messes ever for the Academy. So many questions that we'll never get answers to.

Oscar Predictions

With the Academy Awards this weekend, we decided to spend this episode discussing which movies and actors we want to win, and which we think will win. Some of the categories are absolutely stacked, so hopefully it should be a great night where some of our favorite movies get some well deserved recognition.

Oscars and Oscarbowl 2019

This week we discuss our feelings about the Academy Awards for this year. And because they moved the Oscars up so much this year, we will also be discussing Roy's annual tradition of Oscarbowl Sunday, where he forgoes all the trappings of the Super Bowl, and catches up on award films instead.
